boomers who want one-level living. In other areas, a demographic skewed to younger, growing families makes two-level homes more desirable. The best rule of thumb is to take a long hard look at the neighborhood to figure out how the style fits potential resale value.
The tired old adage is actually quite true. It’s not just the amenities of a home that determines resale value, but also where it is.
