This notice is to inform you of the NEW and EXCITING Program that we are implementing with our SELLERS.
This program is called the “Seller’s Incentive Club Bonus Program”, specified as (SIC Listing) within the MLS.
This is a CHANCE to WIN a $10,000 Bonus just for selling one of Samantha’s “SIC Bonus Listings”.
How it works:
Every participating Listing has a message in the remarks section of the MLS Listing. The mark is “SIC Listing”.
The Odds of winning are 1:40
For every 40 listings that sell and close we will pay a $10,000 cash bonus to the selling Realtor/Company*
Upon Closing of the 40th participating SIC Bonus Property, we will have a drawing to determine the $10,000 Winning Realtor.
How does a Realtor become eligible?
The offer on a SIC Bonus Property must be accepted, closed and recorded.
Must have a signed “Broker Consent Agreement” on file with The Carolina Success Team at the time of the drawing.
Rules & Regulations
1. Every licensed realtor is eligible to participate in the Seller’s Incentive Club (SIC) Bonus Program with the opportunity to win $10,000 subject to these Rules and Regulations
2. Eligible Properties in the SIC Bonus Program will be appropriately identified. This information will be placed into the remarks portion of the MLS data sheet, which will be placed in the MLS for all realtors to be able to easily identify which properties qualify. The code will be “SIC Listing”.
3. Every time Forty (40) SIC Homes have closed, a drawing from eligible official entry cards will take place to determine a 10-K winner.
4. The Carolina Success Team will announce each drawing two-weeks prior to the drawing. Eligible Realtors must be present to win.
5. The sum of $10,000 will be awarded to the Winner* of each drawing. The check will be made to the selling Realtor company to which they have their licenses under. The “Winning” Realtor’s broker is to determine how the check is to be paid as they see fit.
6. Each eligible SIC Homes sold and closed, and for which commission has been received from the Seller, will entitle the Selling Realtor to one official entry card in the $10,000 Bonus Award Program.
7. Each selling Realtor who qualifies for an entry card must have an active real estate license and a signed “Broker Consent Agreement” on file with The Carolina Success Team at the time of the drawing in order to be an eligible Entrant.
