I had to leave the state for a new job so I had to sell my house while being out of town. She came by, we discussed the situation and she made it happen. I have to praise her specially for 3 things. First, she always broke things down so I could understand what is happening or what needs to be done. Second, she is very computer and new media savvy and that is a big bonus in the way a lot of things are done these days.
