About The Program

The Carolina Success Team believes in giving our clients the best opportunity to sell their home by leveraging the power of Open Houses. They do work, and they drive interest from the internet, to the neighborhood, to hopefully multiple offers on the home.

We have two Open House options for you to choose from.

Public Open Houses:

Your house will be held (with your permission). They are strategically promoted using a variety of initiatives and mediums.

* Three days before the open house, we will place a sign in front of your home promoting the open house.
Advertised on all major real estate portals including Zillow®, Trulia®, & Realtor.com®.

* Email invitations are sent to both realtors & potential home buyers.

* Post cards/fliers to 100 neighbors promoting your open house.

* Finally, each open house is managed using Open Home Pro, open house management software that handles visitor tracking and showing feedback.

Private (agent-only):

Many homeowners do not want unqualified buyers in their home due to safety concerns for their home and their family. We understand this, instead of having loads of nosey neighbors and unqualified buyers trudging through your house in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. We hold your house open privately for buyers’ brokers during the week.

Our events are designed to allow the active brokers who work in the community stay up to date with all the new properties allowing them to analyze the property to see if it matches one of their current buyer clients needs.

Top Brokers understand well priced homes sell fast. They want to make sure their clients do not miss out on a good buying opportunity, previewing allows them to do just that.
